How do you set your goal?

Reading Missions are designed to be customized to fit each person's reading level.  You will set your timeline, and you will set how much you want to read.  You can read a total number of books, or you can read a certain number of pages (or a certain number of minutes) each day for as many weeks as you set your goal.


How do you track your progress?

Reading Missions come with a door hanger that is our mission tracker.  You hang your tracker on your door so you can see your progress.  When you decide on your goal and timeline, you mark it on the front of the mission tracker.  When you complete your books (or amount of reading) you write it down on your mission tracker.  When you complete your goal, mark your mission completed on your tracker and award the MISSION COMPLETE medal.


How are charities supported?

A portion of the purchase price for each Reading Mission will be donated to the mission charity.  We will donate at least 15% of every reading mission to that mission's charity.


Is shipping and handling included?

Standard shipping and handling in the United States is included in the price of our medals.  For shipping outside of the USA, please contact us for the additional shipping charges.


What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries, but the standard shipping costs included in the price of the medal is for shipping within the USA.  Additional shipping charges will be added to orders shipped outside of the United States.


Will we sell your email address?

We will never sell your email address to a third party and we will only use your email to keep you updated on new products and services that we feel are valuable to you.
